Designed systems on AS/400. Programmed in COBOL and OS/400. Served as database administrator. Provided operational support. Ensured timely communications and security. * Minimized processing time by converting retail warehouse system from Datapoint network to IBM System/38. * Permitted centralized control of retail merchandise pricing and collection of product movement and replenishment information by participating in integration of JDA Pricebook system. * Optimized order tracking accuracy for retail group by developing mobile inventory system for all trucks.
