· Reconciled bank statements and customer/vendor accounts; deposited cash/checks. Performed order entry, inventory, purchasing, and accounts receivable procedures. Analyzed, audited, and prepared journal entries. Prepared use sales tax and state unemployment tax returns. Prepared monthly/year-end closings for accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, purchasing, and forecast/actual sales. Reviewed credits and prepared loan documents. Assisted controller with reconciling of general accounts, payroll, balance sheet, and financial statements.
