Daily Duties at Geneva Group:

· Performed full cycle of accounts payable includes commissions, expense reimbursements, and 1099. Analyzed, audited, prepared journal entries, entered general ledger, accruals, reconciled, and resolved issue to ensure accuracy of financial reports. Performed accounts receivable and purchasing orders procedures. Performed inventory procedure includes month-end journal entries, monthly reconciliation, physical counts, analyzed of physical counts to book adjustment, prepared bill of materials/production reports, and published of instructions. Prepared monthly/year-end closings. Assisted accounting controller, accounts receivable, and purchasing manager.
