Daily Duties at Reserve Management Corp:
Responsible for daily cash reconciliations and cash projections, trades posting, verification of funds, pricing and cash management. Calculated daily NAVs, dividend factors and yields Reconciled daily, weekly, and monthly custody statements. Assisted in annual funds audit. Interacted with portfolio managers and custodian to resolve discrepancies. Updated, verified and posted corporate actions on a daily basis. Solid working knowledge of taxable and tax-exempt money market funds as well as domestic bond, municipal bond, and equity bond funds. Assisted management in training of junior staff members. Helped prepare shareholder Annual and Semi-annual financial statements and SEC filings including N-SARs, N-CSRs, NQs, 24f-2, and 2a-7 testing. Familiar with VISA, ACH, and FDIC transactions. Managed a variety of ad hoc projects. Processed shareholder account deposits for all portfolios utilizing NCR equipment. Projected Management Fees for all portfolios daily.
