~Assisted the Marketing and Client Events Managers. ~Updated events calendar, speaking engagements, Martindale listings, and business development chart. ~Researched data and assembled client pitches and presentations for attorneys. ~Edited and proofread attorney pitches, presentation and biographies. ~Tracked all business development efforts and distributed daily attorney emails. ~Assisted Client Event Coordinators with logistics and research for all firm-wide events. ~Assisted with the planning and execution of events such as the William H. Taft, IV Cocktail Reception and the President William J. Clinton Event.
