Developed base-specific Theater Battle Management Core System – Unit Level (TBMCS-UL) Wing Training Plan, TBMCS-UL Lesson Plans, Training Outlines and Training Support Material (i.e., slides, handouts, etc.); developed and conducted monthly TBMCS-UL Initial and Refresher Training Courses to base users; participated in Higher Headquarters TBMCS-UL requirements conferences and training conferences; planned formalized instruction and preparation of materials in coordination with site users, training representatives, and Pacific Air Forces TBMCS-UL Training Manager; prepared necessary training materials and detailed plans of instruction, master schedules and course content materials including student and instructor guides for the training of assigned personnel; identified training requirements with local on-site representatives including all planning and instructional content; addressed training focus according to needs identified by local on-site training representatives, Elmendorf Air Force Base leadership, and Pacific Air Forces Training Manager; maintained TBMCS applications documentation, notices, related data, for full integration into local unit training activities; maintained current library of installed TBMCS systems documentation, Load Software Users Manuals, Version Description Documents, and similar materials; ensured operational capability and accountability of base-specific TBMCS-UL training equipment suite and lab/classroom.
