Conducted product and industry benchmarking for potential 3rd-party vendor applications. • Team member, MIT Usability Consultants (expert review, contextual inquiry, usability testing, wireframes, card sorting, paper and HTML prototyping, etc.) • University Board of Advisors, Experience Inc. (2005-2006) • Special Interest Group chair, Sungard Higher Ed Events Management (2002-2006) • Executive Committee and Product Advisory Group, Sungard Higher Ed (2002-2006)
