Generated metrics, standards, and policies for online services staff. Provided usability testing and user interface expertise to core Alumni Association tools and services. Conducted product and industry benchmarking for potential 3rd-party vendor applications. • Team member, MIT Usability Consultants (expert review, contextual inquiry, usability testing, wireframes, card sorting, paper and HTML prototyping, etc.) • University Board of Advisors, Experience Inc. (2005-2006) • Special Interest Group chair, Sungard Higher Ed Events Management (2002-2006) • Executive Committee and Product Advisory Group, Sungard Higher Ed (2002-2006)
