Daily Duties at Innotrac, Corporation :
*Customer Service Representative* Start Date : February 2008 End Date : April 15, 2009 *Handled customer orders & provide technical product support. *Assist customer with receipt of orders, products, billing, refunds, damage or defective items and the return of merchandise. *Follow call-flow and quality guidelines and maintain required standards. *Remain knowledgeable of all products & procedures, updates & changes. *Redirect callers to proper department or company. *Attempt to cross-sell, up sell or save the sale according to client requirements. *Properly enter customer information in database regarding future actions required and updated contact information. *Maintain efficiency on each call and meet all statistical standards. *Address special customer concerns, needs and/or requests that are beyond the scope of CSR training or responsibility. *Generate paperwork/e-mails relative to customer accounts for other departments, supervisor & self for follow-up purposes. *Follow escalation procedures.
