Daily Duties at Process Displays, Inc.:
Served successfully in critical management role in the value creation area of Development. Managed and directed staff in (4) important business development areas: design, engineering, prototyping and account management. Managed staff activity on a project by project basis – collaborating with Development and Sales teams regarding scheduling concerns, qualifying and clarifying information, concept direction, problem resolution, resource needs and all other requirements necessary to produce high quality deliverables on time. Selected Achievements: • Established team focus and cohesiveness in a very brief period to a team that formerly lacked strong leadership and common vision • Successful acquisition and migration to cutting edge design software and workstation technologies, which updated the design team capabilities and repertoire to leading industry standards • Improved departmental morale and cohesiveness (1) full point based on a (5) point scale rating (Survey results based on an annual formal survey conducted by the organization anonymously and without bias.)
