Daily Duties at 7 Eleven:

 Supported 7 managers of IT and staff.  Supported IT finance department managers and staff of 20 staff members  Order client equipment by researching quotes and requests via Oracle  Coordinate travel arrangements for VP and department staff via Outlook and internet  Contact suppliers to ensure that materials, supplies, and equipment are shipped and delivered with promised dates  Coordinates with purchasing, accounts payable and vendors and other users to expedite material requirements; maintains records and follow-up files of purchase, shipments, returns of damaged items and related matters.  Assist with negotiation and renewal of software license, maintenance agreements, statements of work and contract terms and conditions using Excel, PowerPoint, Visio for presentation purposes and contract drafts  Acted as liaison between operations and accounting for all purchases of hardware, software and telecom  Evaluated potential vendors based on cost and deliverables  Provide a consistent supply management methodology for costs, quality and service  Provide score card evaluation and reports to assist with contract negotiation and vendor management for hardware and software purchases  Ensured solutions were consistent with organization objectives  Prepared department metrics monthly for cost center manager  Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.  Custom contracting provides our customers with flexibility and quality contracts delivered with customized strategies  tailored to meet the customer’s most intricate requirements  Assisted with contract negotiation for hardware (including cellular phones and pages), software and telecom  Requested bid packages from preferred vendors  Responsible for making domestic and international travel arrangements with airline for senior level executives, resulting in a savings of $175 - $200 per round trip ticket.  Manage Hardware Service Level Agreements between Dell, HP and Honeywell, ensuring service and inventory levels are maintained across the fleet of 7-11 stores and regional offices.  Manage vendor relationship and agreement and project management of corrective actions, drove process improvements.  Develop complete and accurate business models including process, data, organization and change management.  Participate in vendor RFP, proposal review, demo, and selection process  Review Statement of Work; negotiate contract terms, rates, plans, schedules, resources, involvement, and roles/responsibilities.  Oversee the timely compilation of vendor service level status reports while building metrics to track and report effectiveness against outstanding milestones/deliverables, status, resource requirements and issues.  Used Ms Office for daily support of VP and IT staff and purchasing responsibilities
