Daily Duties at Medifax:
• Remote installation of MediClaim electronic billing software at physicians practices. • Forward high volume EDI claim files via AS400, Hyper-Terminal and File Transfer Protocol (FTP). • Verify accurate transfer of files sent & received from 500 practice submitters to 12 different payers. • Convert medical claim file formats to proprietary formats. • New client profiles create in addition to product education and training. • Manually map and edit data files for testing and requirements gathering. • Provide medical billing expertise to assist customers with software upgrades and claim submission.
