• Pathways Financial Management software implementation and upgrades team member. • Address product related issues and provide resolutions. • Functional system requirements verification. • Provide overview presentations of product capabilities and relationships to other financial products. • Create pre-live, go-live and client education checklist for internal process improvement. • Provide quarterly Forecast Reports projecting billable client hours.
