Daily Duties at Allscripts:

Project Manager – Allscripts Enterprise PM/EHR (formerly Touchworks PM/EHR) • Create, maintain and enforce project standards and best practices for single and multi-location practices. • Create & execute project workplans and requirements (staffing, staff training and scheduling). • Ensure that project documentation is complete, current and stored via internal tracking tool. • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope. • Assign implementation resources (Field engineers, Data Conversion, HW Staging, Interface/Integration and Client Project Team). Implementation Specialist – Allscripts Professional PM (formerly HealthMatics Ntierprise PM) • Install practice management software application for provider practices and start-up practices. • Assess practice technical, training, resource and support needs. • Coordinate implementation team (Field engineers, Data Conversion, HW Staging, Interface/Integration and Client Project Team). • Configure Practice Options, Practice Set-up, File Maintenance and Scheduling modules with Client Project team. • Provide recommendations for effective Policy and Procedures for physician practices. • Provide interactive and remote end-user training. • Assume various staff members roles during Go-live/Activations (registration, eligibility, verification, charge entry, billing, payment posting, denial processing and collections).
