Daily Duties at Bilcare Inc.:
Global Customer Relations and Service Management. Daily interaction with new, potential and existing customers on a global basis. Financial reporting, and interaction with team sites throughout initiative development lifecycles. Provided support and resolution for customer disputes, managed all customer activity, gained valuable experience in pharmaceutical packaging technology critical to meeting specified customer criteria and specifications. Organized and implemented numerous Sales and Marketing programs, high profile meetings and events for industry experts. Assisted management lead with all project and/or change management aspects of production, operational and retail programs. Extensive organizational planning, creation and departmental implementation of operational/production procedures to ensure customer satisfaction above expectations. Independently built and maintained extensive departmental data base and recorded virtually every detail of customer activity, production work flow, confidentiality documentation, financial history, monthly revenue, purchase orders, invoicing, etc. Staff mentoring, training and escalation support.
