Daily Duties at Hdfc Bank Ltd.:

• Primary job responsibility was to locate and develop relationships with various NRI (foreign) Customers to open bank accounts and make investments • Responsible for providing all services to Clients including investments advise, updating accounts and any foreign transactions • Persuaded customers to utilize as many of HDFC’s products such as life insurance, remit foreign currency through the bank, and investment in various funds through bank. • Function as point of contact for all bank referrals by customers to open new accounts. • Managed help desk center which would resolve client inquiries. Handled questions and provided responses to all information requests from customers. • Participation in the daily activities of the bank such as account openings, review od reports and teller activities. • Handled branch daily, weekly and monthly audits
