Daily Duties at Bank First:
Responsible for developing and maintaining the Adaptive Control System, Method Level Processing, Recovery One, and Account Level Processing; researching, developing, and testing of new products and processes to improve efficiencies; assist in the support of the FDR system and issues resolution relative to all operational areas. In addition, I was responsible for analyzing FDR invoices for accuracy and efficiency. Mentor both departmental and operational staff on FDR processes to enhance their understanding and knowledge base.
