Daily Duties at Resurgent Capital:
Responsible for developing and maintaining the Adaptive Control System and Account Level Processing. Oversee the implementation of statement production, inserting and messaging, plastics inventory and letter production. Research, develop, and test new products and processes to improve efficiencies. Lead the support of the FDR system and issues resolution relative to all operational areas. Act as a liaison between the Resurgent Capital, the service provider and issuing bank to ensure that all policies are followed.
