Daily Duties at Citibank:
Facilitate the discovery process regarding the conversion of client’s existing platform to the FDR/Citi platform. Key player in the roll out and maintenance of the conversion to both Citi and FDR platforms. Manage projects by working with multiple operational areas to implement key business objectives. Responsible to research, develop and testing of new products and processes to improve efficiencies. Lead the support of the FDR system and issue resolution relative to all operational areas. Act as a liaison between multiple clients, the service provider and operational areas to ensure that all policies are followed.
