Daily Duties at Baltimore Marriott Waterfront:
Responsible for day-to-day operational management of the Grille 700, the hotel’s main restaurant, the Martini Bar, Room Service, outside Café, and Rigano’s Bakery & Deli • Developed and implemented short and long range financial forecasting reports based on projected room occupancy. • Managed three managers and up to seven supervisors; interviewed and selected new associates, supervisors and managers; trained managers and associates to ensure Marriott’s standard of high service and attention to guests was maintained. • Scored in the Top 10 of full-service Marriott Hotels in all food and beverage outlets in guest satisfaction while maintaining forecasted profit margins. • Served as Eastern regional mentor and cross-trainer for new and potential restaurant managers.
