Daily Duties at Eckerd Corporation:
• Develop, Coordinate, and Implement advertising and marketing strategies for all Eckerd stores within 8 states and 1,250 stores. • Analyze current and past marketing programs, such as ROPs and direct mail, for cost effectiveness and cost efficiency. • Develop new or improved marketing vehicles to produce higher store traffic and generate greater sales. • Act as the main point of contact between all field personnel and the corporate office. • Manage all advertising/marketing Grand Opening activities (i.e. tabs, outdoor décor, direct mail, giveaways) • Work synergistically with store managers and Senior Vice Presidents to identify and problem solve in the areas of both competitive and defensive programs. • Handle all aspects surrounding events associated with sponsorships for selected regions from inception to production. o Tampa Bay Buccaneers o NC Loyalty Program o Christmas Light Show o Senior Expo • Manage a multi-million dollar budget. • Work closely with outside ad agency on new creative for brochures and mailings.
