Daily Duties at Adplex:

•Act as the primary liaison between Adplex and Sweetbay for all client account needs. •Ability to assist in preparation, revision and updating of annual Print and Marketing Budgets, which includes a thorough understanding of: client’s annual and quarterly Marketing plan and Ad schedule, approved pricing structure for all formats and products, and ability to prepare weekly Budget-to-Actual analysis. •Maintain image archival database, take new product shots as necessary with digital camera and external light source, and lastly use photo retouching software to make images visually appealing for pre-press or other printing needs. •Manage marketing projects, proofs associated with marketing projects and all relevant schedules, revisions, and distribution necessary to meet the clients needs. Other duties assumed as appropriate the client environment.
