Daily Duties at Citibank:
Managed a portfolio of high net worth professional and commercial account relationships ($5MM-$50MM) by identifying and leveraging client needs, selling appropriate commercial products and services according to bank policies. Coordinated client interactions with other parts of the bank to capitalize on cross-sell opportunities. Expanded account relationships through the sale of additional bank and group products and services to increase fee based income and contribute to maximized economic profit. Sold credit products to portfolio clients and prospects; negotiated and structured the deals; completed credit analysis to develop recommendations for approval. Proactive client meetings and timely problem resolution. Expanded, cultivated and developed COI referral base (Attorneys, CPAs and Real Estate professionals) for client lead generation. Completion of Citibank’s Credit Training Program in February 2004.
