Daily Duties at Wa Mu/Jp Morgan Chase:
Management of a sales team of six Senior Relationship Managers/Treasury Management Sales Officers and two Relationship Analysts, covering the Eastern Region. Executes and manages integrated sales, relationship, core banking products, residential/commercial mortgage sales and originations, Negotiated Deposit contracts and Treasury Management strategies that are in alignment with the Commercial Group’s business plan to achieve desired net interest margin, portfolio growth and revenue hurdles for Commercial Treasury Solutions. Ongoing management and analysis of overall portfolio profitability. Communication with internal Real Estate Lending groups to ensure ongoing interactions and synergies, supporting the overall business objectives by managing and executing a robust internal client referral process. Manages team production targets by intensive deepening of existing relationships in an assigned regional client portfolio and opportunistically acquiring new business by utilizing effective, consistent and documented calling strategies targeted at Property Management firms, Regional Title/Abstract companies, large Broker Dealer deposits and various other industries, by leveraging the bank’s commercial products and services. Achieved over $12MM in net interest margin in 2007, outperforming the Central and Western regions. Responsibilities also include vigorous performance management, budget and business forecasting.
