• Supervised departmental computer conversion for main frame system, oversaw installation of PC network • Special projects included managing department relocation, development of procedures manual, review of expenses for cost reduction, reviewed staff functions to improve efficiencies, and evaluation of office equipment for purchase • Liaison with other areas of the bank to resolve problems and demonstrate process improvement • Converted from punch card computer system to on-line mortgage and general ledger system which included development of a chart of accounts for the general ledger and reporting for multiple locations • Special projects included managing department relocation, analysis of expenses for cost reduction, and development of customized reports
