Daily Duties at Open Solutions Inc.:

Provided professional support to highly complex customer questions and production inquires. Customer inquires received via telephone support, emails and COMPASS queues. Document all inquires into tracking system, process request and update account history with results of inquiry to include proper documentation. Research customer inquiries and responds to appropriate parties in a timely manner and/or forward inquire to appropriate application specialist. Establishes and maintains professional relationship with team members, management, customers and their third party processors. Primary support of Financial Institution Data Match (FIDM) processing for delinquent child support offenders and tax debtors. Assists supervisor/manager with the day-to-day operations of the client care service area, including training and/or mentoring less experienced staff.
