Supervise, maintain and update computer network.  Initiate, organize and manage an annual accounts payable budget of over one million dollars.  Prepare and process a semi-monthly payroll of over 150 salaried and hourly employees.  Prepare and report semi-monthly payroll taxes and all federal and state quarterly tax reports.  Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts and enter monthly adjusting entries.  Monitor, review and update accounts receivable and cash receipts.  Review, evaluate and install all new computer hardware and software.
