Supervise six person staff and all functions of accounting and finance office. Coordinate and implement accounting software conversion and upgrade. Prepare, review and monitor self-funded health and property liability insurance programs. Review and implement policies on employee benefits.  Maintain accurate and timely accounting records.  Responsible for all accounting and financial control functions.  Communicate accounting policies to management and staff.  Implement monthly, quarterly and year-end closings.  Prepare financial reports for review by management and Finance Board.  Supervise A/R, A/P, Cash Receipts, Payroll and General Ledger.  Coordinate and set financial and business priorities.  Communicate with department heads to prepare detailed annual budget.  Arrange for independent audit and provide adequate documentation.  Reconcile multiple bank statements.  Review management and investment of funds.
