Daily Duties at Holford Associates:
Prepares all the architectural detailed drawings for Client Submission, Consultant Coordination, Municipality Submission, Tender Issue and for Construction Issue. Coordinates and check with consultants regarding the problems encountered in the plans that concerned the design concept and requires revisions on the affected areas. Assist and render architectural design ideas. Coordinate architectural drawings with structural drawing. Deliver documentation in agreed time frames; notify the senior architect as soon as deadline is not going to be met. Conducts site inspections from time to time to monitor construction progress as per design specification to ensure standard quality of workmanship.
