Daily Duties at Dekalb Medical Center:
Registered Nurse on High Risk Pregnancy Unit responsible for supervising 2 to 6 staff members on a given shift as well as maintain a patient assignment. Patient demographic consisted of antepartum and recent postpartum patients with preterm labor, pregnancy induced hypertension, imcompetent cervix, fetal demise, HELLP sydrome, sickle cell anemia, gallbladder and kidney stones, as well as any other medical/surgical condition.
