Oversaw the establishment of two new stores to include ensuring the stores were properly built, stocked, and staffed to meet business requirements. Directed the processes involved with closing two stores including managing the distribution of store products to other locations and staff downsizing initiatives. Provided ongoing loss prevention training and enforcement to protect store assets. Communicated new company policies & merchandising guidelines to all store managers.
