Daily Duties at Skamania Lodge:

Providing administrative support for Sales & Conference Planning staff of 13. Producing daily, weekly and monthly reports for Director of Sales. Answering multi-line telephone and routing calls. Taking initial inquiries for potential and repeat clients. Maintaining working order of all office equipment and ordering office supplies. Assisting clients in the absence of Conference Manager. Acquiring “Key Operator” position to manage office operating platform. Creating lists from which to send mailings & emails. Arranging travel for office staff.
