• Coordinate/Provide administrative support for program personnel. • Prepare business correspondence including letters, memoranda and presentations. • Process expense reports for program personnel in CITRIX. • Schedule domestic and international travel arrangements • Manage documents in Sharepoints/eRooms. • Design spreadsheets for project analysis and database maintenance. • Process new hire paperwork for system access. • Maintain security database in Access. • Train administrative personnel. • Conduct new hire orientations weekly. • Process and monitor program personnel timesheets. • Maintain multiple calendars and schedule meetings in Outlook. • Screened telephone calls. • Transcribe Meeting Minutes. • Coordinate/Schedule meetings, video-teleconferences and outside events. • Schedule and set-up Webex meetings. • Screened and reply to electronic messages via Outlook. • Process and submit Employee Action Forms. • Maintain filing system and distribution lists.
