Daily Duties at Holcomb's Education Resource:
→ Performing customer systems engineering, network engineering, trouble- shooting, technical support and training, technical curriculum including networking systems and Servers, for LANs/WANs in multiplatform environments (Macintosh, Windows) in organizations across Ohio and Michigan, Kansas and Nebraska. → Network design, specifications, installation and configuration of all related systems (see above) and associated project management work (subcontractor & vendor management, SOW/Scopes, Change Orders, Resource management, engineering and conflict resolution. → Designing and delivering network administrator training workshops and curriculum for education technology coordinators and technical staff in subjects like Networking Fundamentals, Management, Trouble-Shooting, Lotus Notes Integration and Unix/ OS X Server skills.
