Daily Duties at Bedford City Schools:
→ Management and P & L responsibility for all district Technology, a staff of seven, & budget of 250k. → Recommending, purchasing, implementation and support of all technology including data system security (Cisco, Sonicwall & Symanetc), DVR Premises Security and Cisco VOIP. → Project Manager for many diverse projects, including non-IT projects. Routinely conducting meetings with architects and vendors to identify and coordinate project resources, maintain project schedules, control project budget, change orders and mediate/negotiate specific conflict resolutions so that the project is on scope, on budget and on time. → Designing, supporting and administering a Cisco LAN/WAN including the complete implementation of a multi-platform/multi-protocol server farm (Windows & Unix with AD & OD), and a FDDI Storage Area Network.
