Daily Duties at Computer Design And Integration:

Held a short-term role at CDI, a leader in infrastructure services, to mange complex projects to provide clients complete solutions and services in business continuance, backup and recovery (data protection, management, and migration), server and storage implementation, enterprise management, networking, security, and virtualization.  Oversaw critical projects, working closely with key stakeholders, to ensure that the requirements and expectations are understood and the project is well planned out.  Assigned tasks to eliminate rework and to maximize customer satisfaction. Responsible for making sure that customer expectations are measured against quantifiable and relevant success metrics during project progression.  Actively defined and managed success criteria, project constraints and risks while developing project plans and coordinating tasks to achieve objectives and commitments.  Managed projects for HP, Jet Blue. Partnered with Cisco, EMC, and Sun.
