Daily Duties at Goodman Corporation:

Managed the day-to-day operations of a $900M Business Unit which included operations, human resources, supply chain management, manufacturing and industrial engineering, quality and lean manufacturing within a 3 plant complex with 12 direct reports and 1200 hourly associates • Delivered a 38% productivity improvement through implementing lean manufacturing techniques • Reduced material cost by $7.8M through implementing sourcing initiatives which included acquiring components from the Asia Pacific realm and hedging the metals market • Reduced headcount by 350 people during peak season through implementing line balancing and standard work in the cell • Improved inventory turns by 6 turns through implementing inventory footprints, kanban and sales inventory and operations planning (SIOP) • Improved business processes through developing and driving Policy Deployment
