Daily Duties at Crane Energy Solutions:

Lead and direct the day-to-day operations of 14 facilities, supply chain, quality, manufacturing engineering, inside sales, contract management and operational excellence with 18 direct reports • Extensive global reach 6 plants were between China, India, UK, Dubai etc • Delivering improvement in On-time Delivery from 78% to 89.5% and reduced Lead Time from 38 weeks to 28 weeks through multi-variable problem solving based on the value stream map and spaghetti diagrams • Improved inventory turns from 3.2 to 4.28 turns and improved PPI from 0.98 to 0.96 through implementing Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) Processes and reorganizing the Supply Chain into Tactical and Strategic functions as well as transitioning manufacturing footprints to China and other Low Cost Country’s also implemented kanban and material replenishment • Improved shipments from $222M to $287M and increased OP from $8M to $14M through tracking and monitoring stock-outs and shortages on the shop floor daily in the value stream. • Lead the Operational Excellence Process for the Group, through Policy Deployment while driving all kaizen activity within the Group from transactional events to shop floor events i.e. Standard Work, SMED, TPM, Material Replenishment, SIOP etc. as well as develop Operational Excellence Systems for the Supply Chain to separate the strategic and tactical supply chain
