Core Responsibilities: • Led Exchange architecture strategy & planning • Pilot tested and assessed applications • Translated business requirements into technology requirements • Directly deployed technology and resolved major incidents (MI) • Worked on all phases of messaging project: proof of concept, architecture and deployment strategy • Responded to business RFP, RFS, and SOW Technical Architect: • Architected Exchange 2003 infrastructure: 40,000 and 12000 Exchange mailboxes across 15 geographical locations • Architected Exchange 2003 organization security infrastructure • Designed IBM eMessaging support model for largest account to date Architected Microsoft messaging solutions for the following clients: • Air Canada • Aeroplan • TD Bank Financial Group • MDS Pharmaceuticals • CTV • Calgary Health Regional • Kingsway Financial Group • NBF National Bank Financial Group • Royal Bank Financial Group • General Electric Service delivery: • Deployed Exchange 2003 N+I cluster servers and MOM 2005 cluster servers • Designed unattended Exchange 2003 remote satellite server deployment • Deployed Sendmail Gateway Redundancy solution using Proofpoint SMTP filtering • Migrated Exchange 2003 from Exchange 5.5, 2000, Lotus Notes R5, and All-IN-1 VMS system • Resolved disaster recovery situation during Sev-A, Critsit, and MI issues • Managed resources from six different teams: eMSG, Network, Intel, Directory, Deskside, Firewall, and third party vendor
