Daily Duties at Johnson Controls:
•Reviewed and approved technical documents to ensure that the software quality assurance requirements were adequately addressed. •Conduct requirement analysis for projects and detailed initiatives utilizing standard analysis practices and methods. •Hold quality improvement sessions after completion of releases and identify and implement continuous improvements •Provided detailed defect analysis review at the end of test cycles and identify defects •Used Gap Analysis/Risk Analysis methods to identify projects where QA testing will provide the most value. •Worked closely with Development team to do code review and added inputs, suggestions. •Developed test cases from use cases, executed test cases and has created/executed automation test scripts •Training test team members in various test techniques along with setting up processes for the QC department. •Prepared and maintained software configuration management plans and maintained various product versions.
