Provided account leadership for projects and software modifications to meet the client’s changing business needs and increase customer satisfaction in the Telcom Division of HPC. Devised strategies, translated business requirements, and implemented architectures based upon the clients’ vision, business case, and Statement of Work (SOW). Created audit procedures and monitored projects to ensure good project management practices and to maintain issue resolution processes for the client. Conceptualized and presented client solution strategies and the direct relationship to the client. Managed a team of project managers in a program manager role to ensure project success across the client’s portfolio
