Facilitated the state agency in clarifying client requirements and developing a strategy to restructure the divisions of Georgia Technology Authority. Reviewed existing work processes and organizational structure to determine their efficiency and effectiveness. Provided expert advice in developing and integrating new organizational models to eliminate information and process redundancies utilizing the Balanced Scorecard Methodology. Identified and recommended new organizational structures and created the new governance standard for the agency. Recommended divisions for re-design and created prototypes of potential solutions, providing tradeoff information and suggesting a suggested course of action. Provided change management advice on and/or assisting in implementing organizational changes.
