Daily Duties at Home Banc Mortgage Corporation:
Provide technical guidance on all aspects of information protection architecture projects in complex networked environments utilizing Agile methodology. Identify and resolve complex issues and develop innovative solutions for the client's business/technology goals. Provide technical assistance relating to the design and implementation of security and controls of client's networks. • Effectively establish process governance and the rules under which the department operates. • Participate as a substantive/lead role in attaining quality for internal and external communication deliverables including technical content of reports, SLAs, proposals, and IT policies. • Perform in a substantive role and enhance relationships with the company Audit and Tax professionals. • Ensure that documentation is produced for a defined set of business processes on SOX templates. • Document business processes and SARBOX models for the client using UML. • Participate in the requirements gathering, requirement definition, risk + issue identification, gap analysis and solution implementation on simultaneous Sarbanes-Oxley projects. • Utilize structured methodology to assist the client in the compliance of the approaching audit. • Assisted the bank in developing SOX project quality by developing a process to assess the value, cost, risk and performance of the services IT provides.
