Daily Duties at Ibm Global Services:

Facilitate domestic and international clients (including Bahrain, Singapore, and London) in developing leading business strategies and trends, defining the associated technology implications in multiple industries. Implemented the balanced scorecard and organizational change management methodology for several successful clients. • Demonstrate experience in business process improvement and leverages information technology coupled with lifecycle project experience for the client. • Deliver DOD clients’ IT Strategies with top down analysis utilizing an articulated business strategy and a bottom up technology capability analysis. • Assist clients in formalizing tools and processes needed to understand how IT resources and programs create shareholder business value. • Execute solutions for clients implementing case study analysis, improving IT resource allocation, and maximizing value. • For the client, Customs and Border Protection Agency, managed the overall direction of the Quality Control process – maintaining the Agency at a level 3 rating for the CMMI methodology within ACE project. • Direct the management and implementation of all process areas relevant to the Office of Finance’s CMMI compliance for the project. • For a State of Georgia client, manage the strategic planning process to evaluate the client’s IT components, identify ROI to communicate the organization’s business value, and implement Balanced Scorecard to Translate Strategy Into Action. • Assist the CIO in successfully setting transformational priorities and IT consolidation goals. • Develop the IT roadmap of service delivery goals for the IT organization to support the CIO and delivered ROI analyses. • For the Social Security Administration client, executed a Black Belt/Lean project to work with business leaders to identify and scope new process improvement opportunities and manage the cultural shift necessary to transform the organization utilizing: Value Stream Mapping, SIPOCs, and Affinity Diagrams. • Obtained clearances to work for the following clients: Social Security Administration, Customs and Border Protection, Air Force.
