Daily Duties at Starbucks:
I was in charge of directing employees to there stations, overseeing productivity, handling customer complaints in a friendly and acceptable manner. Rotating and filling stalk. Counting tills and counting money in the safe and bank deposits. Making sure I had a clean and workable environment. As well as maintaining a friendly and worm atmosphere for customers and employees to enjoy. I was always friendly with every customer greeting them when they came in and thanking them when they left.
