• Developed and facilitated software training courses on VoP software and Texas Instruments’ DSP’s to both internal and external customers; revised course material and instructor guides as necessary • Customized training materials based on needs assessments conducted with each customer; coordinated engineering resources and other individualized activities • Implemented a case-study model for training technical support engineers
