Daily Duties at Dell:
• Managed an instructional design team engaged in performance consulting, needs analysis, instructional development, facilitation and training evaluation. Hired and evaluated personnel. Drafted strategic roadmaps and project plans in support of long-term business goals. Implemented major organizational changes and processes within the team which led to a 35% decrease in the amount of time needed to design and develop training. • Collaborated with engineering groups, program managers, sales management and other business leaders to determine exact training needs and limitations. • Used Six Sigma and the Malcolm Baldrige educational criteria as a guide for implementing quality improvements. • Mentored and trained team members and other business partners on the ADDIE instructional design model and the ISPI Human Performance Technology model.
