Daily Duties at Actix:
• Led a team in the initial design of a certification program for Actix software – began developing the curriculum for the program. • Developed and delivered introductory and advanced application-based training on proprietary wireless network optimization software. Conducted over 100 onsite and online sessions to over 1000 engineers from various wireless technology providers; including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and Sprint/Nextel. • Fostered relationships with several third-party training companies. These relationships resulted in service-level agreements and the expansion of training offerings across companies. • Consulted with market performance engineers on their specific network optimization issues. • Worked with customers and account executives to resolve software issues. Recommended product enhancements. Worked with the software engineering team to implement software modifications and updates. • Wrote and maintained technical documentation on software products.
