Ranked 3rd out of 243 District Managers. •Year ending 2005 highest Ambien CR Conversion rate for district in Region •2005 Awarded an expansion District had to hire 7 of 9 reps and create full business plans and TMPS as well as do expedited training for each new hire. •Increased ranking of new district from 203 of 243 in April of ’05 to 160 of 243 in October of ’05. •Avapro/Avalide 102% goal attainment for ‘05 •Ambien CR top tier goal attainment (top 10% of sales force) for ‘05 •Division Sales Manager National Award Winner ’04 (Top 5% of Sales force) •New DM Mentor (Mentored DM’s new to the company for initial 6 months. Mentored through new admin processes, disease state and product knowledge, business planning and forecasting, personnel development) •Finished POA 1 ’04 at 111% of goal across the portfolio (Plavix, Avapro/Avalide Ambien, Uroxatral) •Finished POA 2 ’04 at 108% of goal across the portfolio (Plavix, Avapro/Avalide Ambien, Uroxatral) •Finished POA 2 ’03 at 101% of goal across the portfolio (Plavix, Avapro/Avalide, Ambien) •DM facilitator for Integrity Selling rollout •DM facilitator for Avapro/Avalide Phase 2 Initial training •DM facilitator for Plavix training for AT Legacy Aventis sales force •Winner of Area Avapro/Avalide “Grow the Line Contest” Q1-2 ‘04 •Managed expanded division for 4 months (4 extra reps, due to a DM leaving)
