Established attention to the client for the establishment of conditions for the cancellation of the invoice Guided and informed the client of the mechanisms for payments process • Designed control formats. Also designed strategies execution rules & procedures of the payments to the insurance companies dealing with the hospital as well as establishing a better relation between both parties to develop payment strategies • Manage all incoming calls for the patient collections dept and control activities on applicable systems. Prepare request for medical records. Process subpoenas and other related requests for Itemized Billing
