· Management of overall IT and Internet marketing synergies including MIS, Help Desk, Network Operations, application development, Internet customer service / credit / order processing, and internal IT training for the company’s dotcom business. · Coordinated and conducted training for corporate IT applications and internal system routines. Scope of training activities for 680 employees and seven locations. · Served as the lead project manager for database migration. Directed MIS staff, network operations, and external vendors through migration plan. Proactively identified and resolved potential and existing problems. · Revolutionized sales strategy to bring online sales. · Spearheaded the online sales initiative, collaborating with sales, marketing, MIT, purchasing, customer service, financing, and accounting departments. · Developed the ELEK-TEK.COM business unit using a combination of cutting edge technologies. Considered by many industry experts to be on the "Edge of The Web" according to the the April 1997 Consumer Electronics magazine.
